Chair Yoga Class on Zoom

This class is a gentle form of yoga practice sitting in a chair or standing while using the chair for support. Students can enjoy the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down off the floor.

We will experience many yoga postures in a flowing sequence, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation with the use of a chair. Great for: beginners or those seeking a gentle practice, those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or looking to rediscover movement.
