This class is a gentle form of yoga practice sitting in a chair or standing while using the chair for support.

Students can enjoy the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down off the floor.

We will experience many yoga postures in a flowing sequence, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation with the use of a chair.

Great for: beginners or those seeking a gentle practice, those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or looking to rediscover movement.

The classes will be $10 each or $40

This 6-week GENTLE FLOW & YOGA NIDRA class is perfect for all levels and designed for those who desire to connect more deeply with their body and breath. This class structure allows a simple and slow flow sequence that places emphasis on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses.

Practitioners of all levels can benefit from practicing a Gentle yoga flow. As the body softens, the mind receives clarity and space. Space in the body, space in the mind, and a clearer canvas for overall tranquility.

The last 20-30 minutes of our session will be an experience of Yoga Nidra. This is a guided sleep based meditation practice which guides us through 5 stages to allow ourselves to reboot and end the practice feeling completely rejuvenated.
